As the current CEO of Dream 2 Lead (D2L) and Elev8U International, Inc., Telena has made a significant impact by driving organizational growth, empowering youth, and fostering community through innovative programs and strategic initiatives.

At Dream 2 Lead, Telena spearheads the organization’s mission to empower youth in sports and entertainment, providing them with mentorship, education, vocational training, and personal development opportunities. Under her leadership, D2L bridges the gap between youth and professionals, offering guidance, resources, and opportunities for young individuals to thrive both personally and professionally. Telena also founded the Adventurology Camp, an innovative program designed to inspire and educate children through immersive, hands-on experiences that focus on building character, leadership skills, and a sense of adventure.
